Fabrication
Metalwork and fabrication are vital in manufacturing. We can support small and medium size metalwork projects in house, with our CNC plasma cutter, brake press, and fly presses, along with both MIG and TIG welding. We work with mild steel, stainless, and aluminium for most projects but have the ability to use exotic materials where required. Our team of fabricators have over 50 years of experience and a passion for everything they make.
Welding
We have the ability to MIG, TIG, and Arc weld steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Whether you're looking for a simple one off project right through to production welding we can help.
We understand the quality of fabrication is often judged by the finish of the welding and take pride in ensuring all our welding looks as good as it is strong.
Bending and Forming
We have a variety of press brakes and fly presses that enable us to bend and form parts in a variety of materials. From simple bent parts through to custom tooling to create parts.
CNC Plasma cutting
Our CNC plasma table allows us to quickly and efficiently cut out parts up to 15mm thick. We regularly cut steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper as well almost any conductive material.
Laser Engraving
We can laser engrave most materials including plastics, composites and metals. This is often useful for serialising products, engraving brands and logos, and even artistic decoration.
